Well… Christmas is over December 28, 2009

Thursday maddie was so excited to see what Santa would bring her. She just kept talking about him and all the things that go along with him.

That night we had supper at mcdonalds one our true joys that we go see all the happy people working the night before Santa comes.

Santa came to our house when we woke up at 7:30. Maddie was so excited that Santa brought her a Barbie bug. Ryleigh was shaken early, but she rallied after all the gifts were opening as they ran to jump in the bug and ride in the driveway.

Friday afternoon all my family came over and we had Christmas supper. Our parents give all another cruise, because we had so much fun the last time and we have children at such different ages it suited everyone…

Saturday morning jackies family came over and we exhanged gifts and had lunch. It was a tough goodbye, but I am sure it is God’s plan.

Jackie mother and father will leave next Tuesday and head to live in IL.

Yesterday on Sunday maddie looked at Jackie and said well everybody came to our house this year even Santa. I guess it’s over…

I just realized I didn’t take any pictures with my phone I will have to get some off the computer.

Christmas Night December 26, 2008

Santa has come and gone. It is a bit sad to know you get so excited and spend so much time getting ready and it is over in a blink.

Jackie will be back to work in the morning and Ryleigh will go till lunch. I am out til Jan. 5th and playing with Maddie is truly a blessing.

Santa left us with a new little pet the was giving the named boots and has already one the heart of a special little two year old and some would say her mother.

He also brought us play dough, a wagon, a walker, a drawing board, some board games, plenty of chew toys for Ryleigh, new shoes for daddy, a canvas framed for Jackie, and plenty of others.

Family tradition’s December 26, 2008

Jackie and I are starting our family traditions on Jesus’ birthday or Christmas!

One of Jackie’s traditions from her family is to watch the 1965 classic The Grinch.

One that I would like to adopt is eating at Mcdonald’s on Christmas Eve. Hey, if they are going to work we should go visit them.

We also went and had communion at the Church.

Our favorite is getting out the milk and cookies that the girls and Jackie have baked.

Family christmas #2 December 26, 2008

On the 20th we went to Tupelo for Christmas with Jackies parents. Another weekend of gift is helping Maddie and ryleigh become very excited for Santa!!

So, the girls made hot choc.

Maddie enjoyed watching rudolph and helping her mother. It made Jackie’s night to get to share a story of Christmas. Christmas is going to be so much fun, Maddie is excited about everything as long as she don’t have to take a picture with Santa.

Going to light up, Eupora!! December 3, 2008

Monday we lit the Christmas Tree in Eupora. We meaning Maddie and Jackie as Ryleigh and I took off to the car it was cold and Ryleigh didn’t like her hat. She didn’t like it so mug we didn’t get a picture, but Maddie did!!

No picture of tree I was holding a kid, a cookie, a hot choc, a blanket,and a diaper bag. I was also cold which had me walking to the car early.
